Thank you once again for all your continued support and understanding. We continually review our policies regarding the current COVID infection rate and the best way for us to remain able to maintain a full service for you and your pets.
Due to the nature of the way we work and the need to ensure the ongoing ability of the practice to provide care for your pets we have decided that things will remain the same at the practice in the short term. If the infection rates continue to fall we can forsee that we will be able to return to more normal working practices shortly.
In the meantime:
• We ask that you still continue to wear masks when attending the practice
• Please continue to use the hand gel provided on entry
• If you have any symptoms that could be COVID related please either re-arrange your appointment or arrange for someone to bring your pet in for you
• If you have tested positive for covid we would ask that you reschedule your appointment unless it is for an emergency
• If you are in contact with someone who has tested positive, please perform a negative lateral flow test prior to coming into the practice

As many of you will know, there has been a national shortgae of cat vaccines for the last 6 months. We have now been able to secure a new supply of cat vaccines and will be able to vaccinate all our cats once again. We will be sending out reminders and encourage you to book in as soon as possible. As you can imagine, with the problem going on for so long, there is quite a backlog to work through but we will be putting on some extra clinics to enable us to fit more in. Despite this you may still encounter a short delay before we can fit you in, so please do bear with us.
